• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Saturday – Sunday: Closed

What to bring to your first visit

• Your child’s health card
• Any previous assessment reports (if available)
• Completed intake forms (we’ll send these to you ahead of time)
• A list of your questions or concerns
